Fawn Mckay
Fawn MCK Brodie was born 15th September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Born into the Mormon Church's first family Fawn McKay was able to direct her innovative literary talents and remarkable researching skills in the creation of an outstanding psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith, published in 1945 under the title No Man Knows My History. It was derived from the sermon title delivered by Joseph Smith in 1844. In the sermon, he shocked his hearers by stating: "You are not my friend and you have never heard my thoughts. No one knows my story. I can't tell. Fawn (29 an age) said that, she has been honest since the moment she made her statement Three hundred writers have responded to the occasion. Some have deified and abused the man, and others attempt to identify the cause. It isn't the case that there's not enough documentation however they're wildly inconsistent. The process of assembling these documents, by sifting through third-party and first-hand sources, and integrating the Mormons' stories to those of non-Mormons' into an authentic history - is challenging. The task is fascinating and educational. FawnBrodie devoted herself to the job. Her work in research and writing earned her fame all over the world. Thaddeus Stephens. The Devil's Drive (1959) The Slaughter of the South. Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon, An Intimate historiography (1974), posthumous.
